CATERING MENU

Our menu is built around the best of Manitoba fresh, seasonal ingredients prepared with a refined, thoughtful touch. We highlight local flavours wherever possible, featuring ingredients like Manitoba bison, freshwater pickerel (walleye), Red River Valley potatoes, prairie-grown grains (like rye and oats), canola, field peas and lentils, and Manitoba honey finished with bright, seasonal produce and herbs.

We’re proud to collaborate with local growers and producers, including, FortWhyte Farms, Notre Dame Creamery,  Prairie Quinoa, DeRuyck’s Top of the Hill Farm, Tamarack Farms, and Wild Earth Farms, to bring exceptional ingredients to every table.
